Excellent interview! Helpful to know Howie is in therapy and takes medication to help with symptoms. Also admirable that he is clear that OCD is “not about germs”. A complicated disease that is very misunderstood. It helps take the stigma out of this oftentimes debilitating disease. Thank you Howie for helping the rest of us who suffer along with you.
