I’m actually talking with the publishers right now and I hope to have a more complete and official announcement for you all in a few weeks . . .

My new book will take up where Look Me in the Eye left off in terms of insight into my Aspergian thought processes, with the same storytelling style as LMITE.

    Woof!

I just finished your book – Look Me in the Eye. I have a 14 year old niece with Asperger’s so it certainly answered a lot of questions as to why she does/does not say and do things. She’s a pleasure to be around, but she is quirky, just as you described. I work in the field of Mental Health and am astonished by how many people are classed as having a mental illness when in fact, they have Asperger’s! I loved your writing – its honesty and humor. What a refreshing spin from someone who is living the life! Congratulations!

    Dear John,

I’ve been reading “be different” as I have an nephew with Aspergers. This past year the stage manager for the highly successful country group “Rascal Flatts” contacted me about developing a guitar using electronic paper for the lead guitarist of that group. If you still work with creating cool guitars please let me know. And thanks for writing the book. It’s helping me already.
